This new build (demolition + rebuild) project in Katy, TX was completed in January 2025, fully supervised by our owner from start to finish.
Scope of work: Demolition of existing pool + new custom build. 40x24 ft pool (960 sq ft) + 8x8 ft spa. Depth 3.5–6 ft. Travertine coping, Pebble Tec / Pebble Sheen interior, ceramic waterline tile, spray deck, fire pits + gas line. Zero-edge spa spillway. Gunite 6.5-sack, 25-yr structural warranty.
Like every CHR Builder new build, this project was completed under direct owner supervision from permit to swim-ready, backed by our 25-year structural and 10-year plaster warranties.
