This new build project in Katy, TX was completed in November 2025, fully supervised by our owner from start to finish.
Scope of work: New custom build: 40x20 ft pool + 8x8 ft spa with spillway. StoneScapes Pebble Aqua Blue, travertine stone deck, tanning ledge with LED bubblers, 5 ft sheer waterfall + two 2 ft sheer waterfalls. 2 Pentair variable speed pumps, IntelliCenter i5PS, IC40 salt, MasterTemp 400. 6 GloBrite RGB LEDs + 1 IntelliBrite spa light.
Like every CHR Builder new build, this project was completed under direct owner supervision from permit to swim-ready, backed by our 25-year structural and 10-year plaster warranties.
