This new build project in Katy, TX was completed in January 2025, fully supervised by our owner from start to finish.
Scope of work: New custom build: 42x13 ft pool (3.5-5 ft depth, 546 sq ft) + 7x8 ft integrated spa. 6.5-sack gunite construction with #3/8 rebar every 8 in and a 12-inch reinforced beam with 4 continuous rebar rods. Travertine coping (12x24 to 16x24), QuartzScape interior finish, ceramic waterline tile. Pentair Cartridge Clean and Clear filtration (420 sq ft), Intelliflo variable-speed pump, Intellibrite LED lighting, 6 Hydro-air spa jets, high-efficiency heater, Power Clean chlorination.
Like every CHR Builder new build, this project was completed under direct owner supervision from permit to swim-ready, backed by our 25-year structural, 3-year equipment, and 2-year labor warranties.
