Pool Design and Construction: Bringing Your Dream Pool to Life

Most homeowners come to that first conversation with a mix of clear ideas and open questions. Maybe they know they want a spa, but are not sure about shape. Maybe they have a Pinterest board full of inspiration photos but no idea what is realistic for their yard and budget. Either way, the design and construction process is built to take those ideas and turn them into a plan, and then turn that plan into a finished pool.

Step One: Discovery Call

The process starts with a free 15-minute discovery call, where we talk through what you are envisioning, your budget range, and any specific must-haves or constraints. This is a no-pressure conversation meant to figure out whether and how we can help, not a sales pitch.

Step Two: Site Visit and Survey

Next comes a free site visit and survey, where we walk your property, take measurements, note things like tree placement, slope, fence lines, and utility access, and get a real sense of what your yard can accommodate. This step grounds the design process in the reality of your specific lot.

Step Three: Custom Proposal

Based on the discovery call and site visit, we put together a custom proposal, including a design concept, scope of work, and pricing. This is where your ideas start taking shape as an actual plan.

Step Four and Five: Refinements

Most homeowners want to adjust something after seeing the first proposal, maybe the spa is positioned differently than expected, or a feature needs to be added or removed to fit the budget. We typically go through one or two rounds of refinements at no cost, until the design feels right.

Step Six: Contract and Construction

Once the design is finalized, this is the point where a contract gets signed and the project moves into construction. Up to this point, none of the process has cost anything. Construction itself moves through excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing and electrical, tile and coping, decking, and plaster, with our owner involved at each phase.

From Idea to Finished Pool

The whole point of structuring the process this way, with multiple free steps before any commitment, is so that by the time you sign a contract, you know exactly what you are getting, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like. There should not be surprises along the way, because the design work happened up front, not as you go.
