🔨 Construction Process

1. Foundation & Paver Installation

We prepared the area with compacted gravel and poured a reinforced concrete slab, then laid durable pavers with a clean finish.

2. Framing the Covered Patio

Wood beams were securely anchored to the house. The roofline matches the home and includes integrated lighting and ceiling fans.

3. Outdoor Kitchen Station

We built a fully functional cooking area with:

4. Spacatto Wall with Arched Windows
